You will receive a statement of the amount of your pension three months before retirement<\/h2>\n

Depending on your date of birth, your income from a certain point between the ages of 65 and 68 consists of the state old-age pension and the retirement pension you have accrued with Robeco and any other employers. Three months before your 67th birthday you will receive from us a statement of the amount of the retirement pension you will receive from us when you retire.<\/h4>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n<\/div>\n\n

You receive the AOW payment through the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). Six months before your AOW age, the SVB will send you an application form for AOW benefits. You do not have to take any action for this.<\/p>\n

Earlier retirement<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Retirement pension starts regulationally at age 67. But you partly control when you actually retire. You can stop working earlier (from age 62), but the retirement pension you receive will be lower. If you want to retire early, please inform Pensioenfonds Robeco in time (at least 6 months in advance). After your request has been processed, you will receive a recalculation of the amount of your pension(s) based on the new starting age. Incidentally, stopping earlier does not affect the level of the partner pension.<\/p>\n

Choices<\/strong><\/h4>\n

When you retire, you can choose to receive a higher pension in the first few years and a lower one thereafter. You also have the option of exchanging old-age pension for extra partner’s pension. This can make sense if you are in a new relationship and your ex-partner is entitled to part of the partner’s pension. The other way round is also possible.
