Is your email address already on file with Appel Pensioenuitvoering, the administrator of our pension fund? This is not yet the case for some of our members. Without an email address, you cannot receive your personal pension information electronically. It only takes a minute to check and provide your details.

Why is this important?
Appel uses your email address for personalised pension communications. These include messages about your pension scheme, for example, and documents intended specifically for you. In the run-up to the new pension scheme, this will be supplemented by information relating to your personal circumstances.

You’ll want to have these in good time.
Please note! This communication is separate from the pension fund’s newsletter. These are two different files. So the fact that you’re receiving this newsletter does not mean that Appel also has your email address on file.

Choose an email address that will stand the test of time
Choose an email address where you would like to continue receiving pension information in the future – for example, when you retire or change jobs. A personal email address is usually more suitable for this than a work email address, as the latter will become invalid as soon as you leave your job.

How to provide your email address
Via the member portal

• Log in to ‘My pension’ at pensioenfondsrobeco.nl using your DigiD
• Go to ‘My personal details’
• Check or enter your email address and save the change

Or send an email

• Please email pfrobeco@appelpensioen.nl, stating your full name, your participant number and the email address you wish to register. Your participant number is required so that we can process your registration correctly.
