Are you dissatisfied with our services? That’s annoying. We would like to hear why. Often we can solve the problem together right away. You can also submit a complaint.

If you have complaints about the pension scheme and/or its implementation, the first place to register this is the HR Service Desk. If this does not resolve your complaint, you are advised to write a letter to the board of trustees of the pension fund. A complaints and conflicts procedure has been set up for this purpose.

If your complaint is still not resolved to your complete satisfaction, you can choose to apply to the Dutch ‘Geschilleninstantie Pensioenfondsen (GIP)‘. Info available in English.
