From 1 April 2024 changes the accrual rate and the net supplementary scheme.

Catch-up indexation: Every participant will receive 39% of individual arrears.

At the end of January 2024, our policy coverage ratio was 152.4%, unchanged from the end of 2023.

For 2024 the accrual rate for the basic scheme is 1.738%. Slightly higher than in 2023.

The pension fund increases the pension entitlements in the basic scheme by 3.8% as of February 1.

Supplementary pension schemes are changing due to the discontinuation of AAPS.

For the gross UOP scheme self-investment will no longer be possible as of February 1.

Update: Efforts are underway to develop the new pension plan and determine its implementation.

The hedging of the interest rate risk was increased in two steps in December and January.
