We will soon invite you to participate in an important survey about your pension fund. We would like to know what you think about our communication and how we can best inform you about the new pension system.

Why this survey?
Your opinion helps us make better choices. We want to know what you think of our pension fund, how satisfied you are with our communication and what information you need. We also want to ask your opinion about the new pension system that is coming into effect. Your answers will help us improve our services and ensure that you are kept fully informed in the coming years.

What topics will be covered?
In the survey, we will ask you about:
• Your general impression of the pension fund
• Your satisfaction with our communication
• Your use and appreciation of various means of communication
• Your knowledge of and opinion about the new pension system
• Your need for (more) information

What can you expect?
You will soon receive an email with an invitation to participate in the survey. Participation takes approximately 7 minutes and is completely anonymous. Independent research agency Kien is conducting the survey and will treat your data securely and confidentially in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
