Temporary no access to participant portal basic scheme

Login to the participant portal of the basic scheme is temporarily not possible. You can view your personal pension accrual via mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl. We expect the member portal to be available again in March.

Why is the portal temporarily unavailable?
Due to the transition of the pension administration from Achmea to our new administrator, the participant portal of the basic scheme has been taken offline as of 1 January 2025. The new administrator is working hard to set up the new portal and verify the data. This process is important to ensure that you will soon be able to access your personal pension data securely and correctly.

We expect the new portal to be available in March 2025. Until then, you can visit mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl to view your pension accrual.
