Postponement of implementation of the new pension scheme

Following discussions with the employer and the Works Council (OR), the board has decided to aim for a transition to the new pension system by January 1, 2026.

The preparation for submitting the transition plan and implementation plan to DNB requires more time, prioritizing thoroughness. The originally intended transition date was January 1, 2025.
