New Chairwoman: Margret Smits

After serving the maximum term of 12 years, including the last 5 years as chairman, Tom Steenkamp has passed on the chairmanship to Margret Smits. The board is pleased that a suitable candidate has been found from within its own ranks.

Margret has been a member of the board since 2018 and chairman of the communication committee. Much gratitude is owed to Tom Steenkamp, who has dedicated himself to the pension fund with great commitment and expertise over all these years
